A Healthy Relationship Involves:

  • Communication
  • Respect
  • Honesty
  • Compromise
  • Trust
  • Equality
  • Listening
  • Forgiveness 
  • And to be able to give each other personal time! 

Unhealthy relationships involve:

  • No communication
  • Disrespect
  • Dishonesty
  • Untrustworthy
  • Controlling over one another
  • Pressure into activities

Abusive relationships involve:

  • Communicating in a demeaning and threatening way
  • Overly controlling
  • Isolation from other people 
  • Verbal, Physical, and Emotional Threats 
  • Anything that is very hurtful to you phyiscally and emotionally 
Know this:

not every relationship is perfect, but that is where communication comes in to express your concerns and talk things through with your partner.
