Let’s face it: navigating sex and relationships in college can be confusing. This workshop cuts through the noise with a 23-minute video covering the essentials—birth control options (including abstinence, condoms, and emergency contraception), STI and HIV prevention, and how to have those tough conversations. You’ll also learn how to talk with your doctor about your health. Plus, we’re handing out $15 gift cards just for watching. It’s a quick and easy way to boost your knowledge and take care of yourself—consider it an investment in your well-being.
