- Express your discontent to your doctor. Let them know that this method isn’t right for you.
Ask the doctor about methods you researched or ran across somewhere. Get their insight about said methods and find out if it is right for you. - Whether you need a method that fits better in your life, doesn’t come with side effects or discomfort, and/or is more cost-efficient, communicate it with your doctor. They can help you find a solution. The decision to continue or discontinue a method should be free of coercion. If necessary, request to see another healthcare provider.
